Just a quick one: why does the email notification to the person, who filled out my form come from RootUser@localhost and not from what I mentioned in the "From" field.
Any way the fix or circumvent that, it seems to annoy people. Apologies, in case the question has been asked and answered before; I did not go through all threads.

Once the form is finished, publish it to the s-drive. When it is finished doing so, at the end the finish window opens. The cryptic text starting with <script; copy that completely. Then it depends a bit which tool you are working with how to add it. I can just paste it into a placeholder on the website.
Hope it helps

Sounds like your form is not configured correctly. Go into the Settings > Edit email and for the TO and FROM, make sure you have a valid email address defined. You cannot just enter in your name.

Hi,
No matter what I do, I can't seem to get an image to show on the form, I just end up with a red cross in a box with the Alt - 'Alternative text'.
I've tried *.png - jpeg - jpg
I've tried storing the image in many different folders but still no joy!
I'm sure it's simple enough and I'm doing something wrong but I'm doing the same thing wrong over and over again and over again and now I'm getting frustrated
Any ideas please?

Yeah, I would have to say you are doing it wrong there Skippy. Please open a support ticket with your .fb file and an image you are trying to add and I will see what is going on.

Hi Scott --
I'm working on a test form. I have 4 text boxes across the form (25%, 33%, 20%, 20%). In the program view, everything looks fine. When I preview the form, the label text for the far right box goes to two lines from one line.
See images.
Just checking to see if I'm dong something wrong.
Thanks
Mike
