And you have this set up as well?
Click Configure Payment Page to customize the page that the buyer is redirected to when the form is submitted. The payment page is slightly different from a confirmation page:

For a typical non-payment form, the submit button sends the visitor directly to the option you've chosen in the Settings menu's Confirm Options tab. But when form payments are enabled, clicking the submit button sends the visitor to the payment page, where they can click to the payment provider option of their choice to finish the payment. Once payment is completed, they are redirected to the option you've chosen in the Confirm Options tab.

Just checking :)

Yes, I think so. When I click on it and the new window comes up it says Customize Payment Confirmation Page. Then there's lots of code and the Insert Data from drop down box gives me options like checkbox3, select8, select9. etc. What should that be on?

Okay, I've gone over everything with a fine-toothed comb and cannot figure out why my form won't work. I'm at a complete loss and extremely frustrated. I really don't know what else to do.

I'm sorry you are struggling with this. I will try to set one up tonight and see if I could shed some light. I'm surprised no-one in here uses Authorize.net.

My self I use the paypal feature. Stay tuned and stay patient I will try to help.

I talked to Authorize.net and I was wondering if the form was being sent to the correct server? They have a test server and a regular server. If the form's being sent to the test server, that might be the problem. How can I find out if this is the case?

As stated in the Support ticket you opened. We connect via their API, which connects to whichever server they are using. We have no control over it once it connects to the API. Your key does direct it to the correct location.

Try this,

Open your form in WFB select the donation amount field and tell me if you have checked the "Payment option" if it is not checked that is your issue. It is also what is described in the article I sent you... :P

You mean the "Enabled" box? If so, then yes, it's checked.

What "Payment Option" field?

In Web Form Build double click on the donation element. The one where the person chooses the amount.

There is a Payment option there that should be checked. Did you read through the article I provided in your support ticket? You MUST give this article a read over http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … m-builder/ and let me know what happens.

Adam,

I did read the article, several times. And the box is checked.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
