Hey ML,

I wish there was something I could do to help but I have no experience with WFB Lite and Authorize.net
Taking over the world one website at a time!

Adam,

I wasn't trying to be nasty. I was just trying to convey my frustration at my inability to figure out a solution. I do appreciate the help I've been given so far.

Good. :) This bunch is very helpful. They can do amazing things and we are a little protective over them. :P

ML, quick question ... have you tried accessing your form directly ( with your Coffeecup S-Drive address )? You should have gotten a direct link after publishing your form. Run that, and see if you can make a donation. It may be something in your website ( wordpress it looks like ) that is killing it. This will at least help narrow it down ...

I have tried this and the same thing happens. If something in wordpress is killing it, is there something I can do? Would it have anything to do with the Authorize.net plugin?

I tested the form and it submitted but I never got the pay option.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

This is a site I built for my work.(RSD)

Exactly! That's my problem. I've done everything correctly and I've been told that the problem lies with the website, but I don't where to go from there. Do you think it's the Authorize.net plugin?

Your form does the same thing on a direct page so you don't have something setup correctly on your form settings. Go back and double check your payment settings and that you have payment options set for each of the elements your using as payment on the form properties tab..

I have tried this and the same thing happens.

ML, as Eric states, it has to be something in the setup of your form. If you access the form directly and not through your web site, then there is nothing wrong in your web site. It's with the form. Get it working by itself, then put it on your web page. If you do manage to get it working, please post back and let us know what you find.

If you absolutely cannot get it working, go to your support room at https://www.coffeecup.com/help/myroom/ and open a support topic. They'll probably want you to upload you form files so they can take a look at it. Just another option ...

Thanks, Gunsmoke.

I have previously opened a topic in my support room and was told to come here, to the forums, for assistance because I'm using the free version of Web Form Builder.

In looking at my form again, I'm wondering if I need to change something where you Configure Payment Page? I've followed all the instructions from http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/setting-up-payments-in-web-form-builder/ but I still can't get the form to work.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
