New Flash calendar shows dates but...

Just bought the flash calendar application but it does not work. It shows a complete calendar but does not show a highlighted present date and does nothing with created events, no color highlight, no mouse action, nothing!. I just threw away $40,- on a useless application if this is all that it can do. Tried over and over again to add events, change highlight color etc, etc. Upload, test = nothing happens. It shows a sheet of the right month and the individual dates and that is it!

There is no individual support for the application since it is not mentioned in the software support center, did I perhaps buy a pre-production Beta?

This bit of software has just been released. The reason you don't see it mention in the support centre page is literally because it is brand spanking new and CC has not updated that page yet. It is not Beta.

OK, to your question. Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, you may well need to refresh your page to get the dates you have created to show up.

If this does not sort the probelm, it may simply be a case that not all the files were uploaded correctly.

Could you post a URL so I can go and have a little look.

Dear Mark,
The problem lies in the planning of individual dates. The only way to get
the system to show anything is to give individual dates a recurring yearly rating. If you do not do this, the calendar does not show anything. This way it is impossible to put in 'one-time' events. This is not a matter of uploading; it is the coding of the application itself. If you leave out any choice for repeating the date (daily, monthly, yearly) the app. does not start at all. If you want to put in an event that lasts more than a day, you cannot specify the number of dates in any way. I've tried clicking with the mouse, typing in numbers and it just does not do anything to change the standard number ' 1' as shown in the block on the right. I think this is a problem as well.I hope you have some smart solutions to change all this ( I am using explorer, and yes I have refreshed the pages several times)

I don't agree, I can place individual dates in easily which can be seen without having to have them as reacurring.

If you want to put in an event that lasts more than one day, then you just have to specify how many days using the options on the menu. Granted, you can not specify dates, but you can specify days.

You see, you are having problems that I am not having, this is why I suggested that you may wish to upload a calendar and place a URL here for others o take a look at, even to zip a folder with all the files of your calendar to see if anyone else could sort this out here and now. It could be a problem with country codes, yes it could be a code problem, it could be that there is an Flash issue (web issues several flash major errors recently).

Godwin,
I have maybe misunderstood you here, so bear with me.
But on the calendar I have uploaded I have put in weekly events.
I am dealing with a rental site, so wanted to be able to show a holiday home as being booked for several consecutive nights, and used that EVENT LASTS MORE THAN ONE DAY option to do it. You must remember to check the radio button on the left before you add in the number of days.
