Well..., if I was trouble shooting my own computer, the first thing I would do is temporarily disable my anti-virus/spyware as these settings might be blocking the site, but caution must be used in doing this, and would not if the computer had a 'live' virus.

Actually, one of those is rather a rude word in the UK... :D

I'm pretty sure it's not 'money'!

Nope money's definitely not a rude word in most commerce driven countries :)

Now back to your regularly scheduled Shopping Cart Creator Pro Status nagging....

Are we there yet?
Are we there yet?
Are we there yet?
Are we there yet?

Are we there yet?

I'm thirsty...and hungry...and now I have to pee.

Are we there yet?
Are we there yet?

Juuuuust kidding. I'm not THAT impatient.
I'm just hoping all of us loyal and patient coffeecup customers will get a hefty introductory discount. After all this waiting we should be rewarded ;)
And don't try giving me any of that "the awesome feature packed Pro version is a reward in itself" nonsense! :D

Thanks for the suggestions folks! For today (anyway) the interwebz world seems to have righted itself. The problem may have been with the ISP. We've had massive rain and electrical storms and there may have been damage to the service that made getting into the bigger graphic intensive and heavily trafficked sites impossible. Sort of like the olden days of busy signals on AOL.

Here's hoping anyway!

Now, back to SSCP

Come on guys this is now getting beyond a joke.

It is 2 months since I last checked in to upgrade, which should have been more than enough time. Six months since we were told the program was ready and would be available to buy soon.

I am trying to run a business and the delays in not being able to buy and use this product are causing me to loose money and credibility. I am paying stupid amounts of fees to ebay at the moment.

If you can not provide the product, or if it is still some way off please tell us so alternative software can be purchased.

We can not just keep waiting month after month when our own businesses are suffering.

I am not bothered about easter egg hunting, or being told my sight is ugly (which personally I found very insulting). Just get on with the job in hand and get the product either released or tell us a true release timescale so we know where we are with running and planning our own business.

At this rate windows 8 will be out before SCC pro!

"Never" or "Soon" that is the question ;)

PS. "Soon" seem to be a long time coming :(

As eager as I am to play with the new version, I would hate to see it released and then have to reinstall it seemingly every other day to tweak some unspecified bug or feature, the way it's been with Direct FTP 6.7. I've lost count on that, but would bet that there have been at least 10 or 12 different versions of it released in the past month or so.

SCC Pro is going to be a bigger download, a more complex app and a longer install. I think it would drive us all crazy to be downloading and installing it that frequently. Or, worse, having a serious bug in the initial release that required months to fix, during which time we couldn't effectively use it.

I'll stick with the 'get it right the first time' crowd...

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
