Thank you for the feedback. I am an eternal tinkerer which is why I refuse to buy the Designer software. I would never get anything else done! I agree there are some spacing issues which I can't seem to address with just Creator.

I added a 'Site Info' page to address every question I could think of that customers would ask. Previously, I thought the 'Chattanooga pickup' category covered my location inquiries.

The great majority of my sales are from an established customer base from 12 years of online retail. So I tend to forget that some visitors to my site don't already know who I am. My sports night lights, arena football, etc. where all separate sites that now forward to one because of Shopping Cart. I figure the eclectic selection of products actually hurts me by making things confusing, but it sure makes it easier to maintain everything in one place!

That looks really good shoptom. I like what you've achieved in a few short days!

How do you change around the theme without Designer? I like the rounded search button over a square one I think, but all the search buttons that come up for me were square. Do you do some internal coding?

Viv... I agree and am delighted with what I have been able to do with the program. The combination of the Designer Pro and the Creator Pro has opened up a whole bunch of opportunities both on personal and potential business levels.
Getting everything set up right has been a challenge, but with the help of other users, the CC team and my code savvy brother-in-law, it all seems to be working just fine now.

The hardest part is going to be getting out the camera to take all the pics I need for the products in the store!!

Are you all as interested as I am to see what people are making with our software? Post a link to your Pro Shop here and let the world see what you have made.

You may just get an extra sale or two ;)

Nice site Puckguy, but you do have an issue with whatever it is you have loading in the middle of your home page. It's not loading, taking forever. I've added everything I need to for scripts to run for it and it still won't load, sits forever loading and loading and....

You get the idea lol. Other than that, nice job!

I think I've finally gone round the bend listing. Ebay is offering 100 per month free any opening price auctions. I decided to list some of my unusual African stuff/beads on eBay. Once I started digging in my storage room I uncovered a treasure trove including my weird crafts. So I listed a few of the really weird stuff on my top level SCCP cart/ web landing page, www.myneatstuff.com/.
I rather like the way I split my three other carts:
o My Handcrafted Jewelry
o Southwestern Style Jewelry
o Magnetic Jewelry

Now I have to figure out how to be picked up by search engines.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
