The time has finally arrived; Responsive Layout Maker is here for everybody to enjoy! We have already received many compliments from our early invitees, but they are spread over the many places of the web and our site. Also, we know there are more out there that we have not seen. We are creating this topic specifically to keep track of all of these for everyone to read and marvel at.

So if you have found a compliment about RLM on the web, please post it here. If you have something amazing to say (awesome!) post that as well (we may even mention you in one of our newsletters) ;)

Thank you everyone for being apart of this release. We have great things in store for RLM, so keep using it and if you have suggestions, please take a moment and post them here at http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/respons … out-maker/
Learn the essentials with these quick tips for Responsive Site Designer, Responsive Email Designer, Foundation Framer, and the new Bootstrap Builder. You'll be making awesome, code-free responsive websites and newsletters like a boss.

All I can say is for the short bit of time that I've been using it, it's come a long way and is so far *knocks on wood* one of the best programs CoffeeCup has ever come out with. Just my opinion of course, but it's always getting added to and really gives a lot of power to the user so you don't have to do all the work manually to build a website.
2 thumbs up from me!

First, mega kudos to the developers of this amazing application. RLM has saved me loads of time. In the few hours I've owned it its helped me finish and launch a site I had been working on using SASS and Compass. The code RLM generated is so much cleaner and faster than the mess I was making. I'm quite sure RLM will be running on my machine daily.

Thanks for an incredible application!

Sincerely,

Putting the fun back into web site making, that's how I would describe it.
There is still some code writing to do, but everything is now faster and easier than before...

Cool program.

There's a saying "Why reinvent the wheel". Responsive Layout Maker just redefined what a wheel is. This application is going to take websites to a whole new level. Most responsive websites have a certain look and feel, but with RLM you are in full control to make your website respond like no others. This app is the lost fraternal twin of the the HTML editor. Working with these two side by side, the web will be reinvented. Nice job Coffeecup!
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I am excited, because I finished my first cycle from Mockup via RLM to a finished product which can be uploaded to a server. In used Mobile First (Coffeegrinder MFE) to develop the responsive page. I just wanted to share this with you guys.
Now I know the procedures I can produce the other pages.
A short summary can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qy47kS3B6gs
The perfection isn't reached in one pass.

Its always nice that programs work together. What this means is I can start multiple layouts using the layout maker and when the designer comes out I can just open them up in the designer program without having to redo them from scratch.
Not to awesome if you hand code all your sites but it is awesome if you love designing sites visually.

The more I use the program the easier it gets. You will find it that way too. It takes me no time at all to bang out a grid. I have taken a different approach to setting the Breakpoints now. Instead of picking a size to set it at I just move the slider over until I think it looks like crap then set a breakpoint and fix... rinse and repeat until your down to the smallest possible screen size.
