Hello everyone, i need a help regarding this process below.

Assume that a company is maintaining a database about the customers address and mobile number when the customer calls the company the server should automatically disconnect the call in the first ring and a message should be sent to the representative of the company who is near by the location of the corresponding customers address and a message should be delivered to the customer also regarding that they have reached the company. is it possible to make this process fully computerized instead of using someone to handle this process, what will be the practical ways to implement this?? awaiting for your help thanks a lot

This type of thing would be handled through a computerized switch board system. It's really not in the realm of website design.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I would think using a server then if the person was using a smart phone they could click on a link to start the ball rolling via a website otherwise switching a phone call would not be in the realm of website design as Eric pointed out.
However a form created with "Web Form Builder" would handle a web response with a bit of manipulation fairly well with the info emailed to the client.

Yes, you can do this whole process by making customize software that can easily detect the nearby person of your company and all the things you want to do..
