Cannot delete folders within folders...
Hello there,
I have had this issue for a while now, for some reason I have problems deleting folders within folders within folders. I have no problem deleting the actual files within the folders, just the folders them self. I have tried deleting them one by one and all of them at once with no luck.
Currently I have issues with two folders, thier structure looks like the following 2:
- main folder > containing sub folder 1 and sub folder 2
- main folder > contaning sub folder 2 > contaning sub folder 2 > contaning sub folder 3 > contaning sub folder 4.
I get this error code:
When sending custom QUOTE commands to the remote server, one of the commands returned a 400 or higher error code. [21]
Greetings from Sally

I'm thinking your trialing direct ftp but it would help to know for sure which app your using. Sounds like a permissions issue.
You might want to open a support topic as somebody else had the same problem.

Hey there, yeah I checked the link you send already, and didn't find anything that worked or were helpful in my case... Could you please define what you mean by application?
Further more I did make this as a support topic through the "Support room" but it seems that they would rather have it here for some reason...
Greetings

I think you need to register yourself with CC so you can open a support topic.

Hello Sally!
Can you test something for me? In DFTP Can you click on View and make sure there is a Check Mark next to view hidden files. If there is not click "View Hidden files" and refresh your server view. Are there any files inside these folders now? If so, delete the files and try deleting the folders once again.
If this does not work, please open a support ticket as Eric has suggested so we can look into the issue!
Thanks!

Try the program 'Unlock' sometimes it is difficult to close Windows grasp on a program. I have never investigated it but I believe there is a bit set that the file is in use. When that happens the containing folder is also prevented from being deleted
