Tony, If you have Mac, can you use Bootcamp or Parrallels to run Insight? (Love the Bean pic, btw)

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

Until recently I've used some quite complicated (and expensive) SEO software that was so time consuming to use, I didn't have time to keep my sites up to date! I got Website Insight as part of a bundle of software I bought. I casually looked at it when I got it and put it aside while I frantically converted the more important sites to be responsive.

Today I had time to check a completed site using Web insight. It reports my site as ranking 1 on Google and having a big X beside 'Structured data Check' and CSS validation but a Green tick on everything else.

I don't know if I should be please or frantic to fix the Structured data Check thing. What I'd like to see is a brief mouse over description of the importance of these search Visibility factors. Perhaps because I'm time poor I get critical of results (in anything) that require you to read through articles to determine for yourself the importance of something. I just like to assess whatever it is and rank it in urgency for addressing later (or immediately).
One thing I am impressed about is the"urgent" recommendations. Coming from a Unix background I can't seem to shake the habit of underscoring file names. It carries over to URLs which is not a good idea. I'm glad 'insight' has picked me up on the bad habit.
In my short play with this program I'd say it provides information many so called SEO programs do not. I'm quite impressed initially, Now I just have to find the extra hours to fix the issues it reports on and see if it makes much of a difference.

My solution to encountered website insight problem:
I moved my application to my #4 monitor which is portrait orientated. I filled up the whole monitor with the app causing it to be a 1920 high pixels x 1080 wide screen. I did a screen shot of the pg to send to a friend of the urgent listings of the report. I did about 4 screen shots of different screens and then closed the application. When I opened the app to use it opened on my #3 monitor which is the main monitor and is oriented landscape. It was rendering with the 1920 pixels high image of the app and most of the pg was off the screen below the screen and it was stuck there could not click any functions to get it to do anything and could not fix it period. Closed and reopened and same problem.
Solution: open up control panel display and adjust resolution and change main monitor to be the one that I took the screen shots on. open the app in the portrait orientated #4 monitor and then shrink down the app size to fit on landscape monitor. Close app and change back to usual landscape oriented for main monitor and then open up app which now works in the original main monitor as it should. If I ever make the app too tall remember to shrink it down before closing.

Hiya Greg,
Just a side note that if you have the latest version of the Website Insight app, why not use it to create the reports rather than all that work taking screenshots? I would give some thought to upgrading for that feature if you haven't already.

I was just trying to see what version i have. As far as I know i have the latest version. I think that I did properties and it was loaded on April 13th 2015 would that be in the time of the latest version? I did try to email his report to him and was having extreme difficulties to impossibility. I was reading and following the instructions, contrary to my mentors opinion of me. What instructions that there may possibly be. Sending the screen shots of the site scan of the urgent and medium and small requirements seemed to be the way to get the info to him at the time. Then i was dealing with the application locking up and being useless after having lengthened the window for the more inclusive screen shot.
I have been holding out for the forums as a last resort for awhile now because it can be more frustrating to deal with than the poorly documented unruly software.

I went to my purchases and this is the one I have there:

CoffeeCup_Website_Insight-Full-3.0.367.exe

I am thinking that this is probably the latest version, I think that I bought it late in its existence.

You always say there is "poor documentation" Greg but I swear you never actually take the time to look to see if there really is documentation. Are you using both eyes or just the one? :)

Website Insight is extremely well documented both of the links below are found directly in the software.
