I would try a proper email in FROM.

Try publishing it to S-Drive and see if it works there. If it does, then you know the problem is with your server.

Yahoo, it worked! Can it stay there now, do I have to pay?

The strange thing is, I have lots of other CC forms which are still working, this is the only one I've done using the new version.

Yep, you can leave it there. The free plan only allows for a single form, so if you need more, you would need to be on a paid plan.

For this issue, the version of Form Builder would not make any difference as the scripts are still the same.
