Just sent a test seems to work for me. It could be the attachments are too large. You can up that limit from 100 in the settings to your desired level.

I set the max file size to 8100 KB - that's the highest it will go. Since there are 2 attachments is that total or each can be that big?

It also depends on how large a file your hosting provider allows to be uploaded, the limit (8100 kb) is for each attachment if check this out it tells you how to increase the sizes of attachments,,,,, but it has to be done outside of WFB
