I believe you can also make it global in all your headers by selecting the checkbox under it. Very useful for things like this.

That is fine, but in the instructions it tells you to put additional code immediately after the leading <body> tag

Hi Steve
No, you are not supposed to put that Google Analytics code on every page of your website nly the once and between the <body> </body/ tag.

that has to be placed manually after exporting, its different code to what Stephk was asking

I have had a thought

If you insert an HTML element into your pages, then place the code you have into that HTML element,
then go to the inspector tab, & move the HTML element so it is right at the top (in other words the first thing)
then in "Styles" add a class name to the HTML element of "hide" this will do what it says and will hide the element from the canvas (but that doesn't matter BCS the iframe will still be read by the browser.

that means the code will be the first section below the <body> tag without having to put it there when exported
