I have had a thought
If you insert an HTML element into your pages, then place the code you have into that HTML element,
then go to the inspector tab, & move the HTML element so it is right at the top (in other words the first thing)
then in "Styles" add a class name to the HTML element of "hide" this will do what it says and will hide the element from the canvas (but that doesn't matter BCS the iframe will still be read by the browser.
that means the code will be the first section below the <body> tag without having to put it there when exported
