Does Coffee Cup site hosting include email service, too? In other words, if they are hosting my Web site, xyz.com, will it also handle my email SMTP and POP service for xyz.com? I've asked Coffee Cup, but no one seems to be at home.

I have found no evidence that it does, and it seems unlikely that, if it did, it would not be mentioned in its advertising.
If anyone evidence to the contrary, please do post here to advise about this.

Yea I don't think they are very active in this forum any more. All i can suggest is open a support ticket. They usually always answer them in time.

This is the reply I got to my question:
'We don't offer email service with our plans. It's something we're considering adding in the future given the number of requests we get.
When customers ask for email service, we refer them to one of our articles on setting up other email services to work with their domain.
If they don't already have an email account, Zoho works well:
