Hello,
I started a new page using the "duplicate page" option from the page manager. After doing a bit of work, the screen is now frozen in mobile view. In other words, the top part of the page is viewable, but I cannot scroll down to lower elements on the page. For a while, there was no scroll bar visible but now there is. Also, lower elements show up in the elements tree. When I click the tree, I see highlights at the bottom of my screen. This is the only site I work on, so please do not take up a lot of your valuable time digging into this. Wondering if there is a setting I made/adjusted to cause this. Thanks in advance.

Try checking the height settings for the body and or other containers.

Thank you. I believe I have the body height at vh 100 per a tutorial I watched. Will go back and double check though.

Do you have any CSS grid elements on that page? There are some funnies going on there, that the developers are trying hard to get rid of.

And one more thing, Go into Actions on the top tololbar, then Preferences, to see if the option 'Enable log file' is checked. If it is not, check it. If you have any more such problems, a copy of your log file would be of great help to the developers.

Well that may be the reason especially if you have added extra containers or elements to containers.
But before you adjust or change anything either add an additional class name or change the existing class name before doing any changes otherwise the page you made the duplicate page from will also be changed that's the problem with duplicating pages class names are copied and remain the same on both or more pages so a bit like the three musketeers in that all for one and one for all, change 1 they all change

After checking the heights check the overflow is set to visible on ALL

After that as Inger suggests make a support ticket but if you haven't had the enable log file thingy ticked then there won't be anything in there to send.

As a final last ditch effort attach the project file as a zipped file and we can take a quick look see if we can spot it from here before opening a support ticket

I may be wrong, but, I suspect that the tutorial is more likely to have used 100vh as a minimum height, with the height left as auto. A body height of 100vh would normally*, I think, be unable to scroll.

Frank

*i.e. unless specifically set to do so as suggested by Wayan.

By the way sorry I haven't reported back to you directly before had some issues with windows 10.

I can't replicate that issue you found with the grid thingy. Everything appears to work normally on my pc. Although I really don't like it displaying on the right not being able to see the panel behind it doesn't do it for me so I always center it like it was before but at least it's a choice now that people can make.

You may well be right there, Frank. You're good at spotting 'the obvious', that some of us keep forgetting ;)

That's ok, Wayan. I have been speaking to Alberto about having the grid itself displaying on the canvas, and it seems not to be doable, unfortunately.
