Just downloaded and installed the latest version. created a new blank page and launched the grid editor. created a simple 5x5 grid layout naming all the squares. All settings are default. Select "apply to canvas" Nothing. Select OK - nothing. Reset grid works. Cancel - nothing. So I can't get out of it. What am I missing here?

I've run into a similar issue where after launching the Grid Editor and making a change or two I Apply to Canvas and then hit OK but nothing happens, the Grid Editor is stuck on my screen and I can't get rid of it until I close the program and resort. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

When I initially read the first post in this thread I misunderstood it to refer to the apparent lack of change on the canvas after setting up a grid in the Grid Editor. Since it in fact refers to some lock-up of the software itself, I suggest that the matter be reported in the support room (menu Community > Support, and click on the My Support Room button).
