Is there a way in SCC PRO to offer a coupon discount code option? I'd like to offer some of my readers the opportunity to buy things and reward them with a discount - but not everybody. Can the discount code apply to the entire order, or individual products ?

That will be a feature included in version 4.0 of Shopping Cart Creator Pro. We will have more information on that once SCC Pro is officially released to the public.

I know you are probably tired of people harping on about the discount code / coupon option. I have been trawling the net to try and find a workaround, but the general crux is that it can only be generated by the shopping cart software
or by offering a "retrospective discount" by issuing a refund trough PayPal etc.. but I am not sure if that would put people off.
Was just a nudge to see if I could sqeeze an ETA out of you..lol !

I am very comfortable with saying that I can guarantee that SCC Pro 4.0 will most certainly be live long before January of 2013.

Dunkster - Please understand... Scott has given ETA's before (even specifying that they were ESTIMATES) and been burned by users demanding that since Scott gave such-and-such date, the software should be out. Best we can figure, is that they have it on their list of things to accomplish in short order, which is better than some software publishers will do. Hang in there

How about if its a discount for multiple purchase? eg. but 2 of the same items entitles a 10% discount? Is this possible?
