Hi,
I've just upgraded to the latest version of Web Form Builder. With the older version of the program, I uploaded the files to my server, this time I'm trying it out using my S-Drive freebie account.
Everything seems to be working fine But I had a question regarding the number of form submissions. For a freebie account the number of submissions is 100. What happens when you hit that limit? Do you get an email letting you know the limit has been reached? Or that you are getting close to the limit?
I don't expect to hit the limit quickly, but I'd like to know what to expect. Thanks!

When you hit that limit, we will send you an email letting you know you have reached your limit. You will then have to decide to either upgrade to the next higher plan to continue to receive your emails or just ignore it and no new emails will be received through your form.

If the user deletes all the submissions they get another 100 right?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

No, doesn't work that way.

What happens If they delete the form and put up a new one?

The limits will still apply.

Just out of curiosity... What happens if you have the Web Pro plan? There's no upgrade beyond that.
So, if someone had the Pro plan with 10 websites with a form on each one, would each form have the 25000 entry limit, or would all the forms share that limit?
Would CC consider just a form plan that's not tied to a particular SDrive package? Say someone only needs one website, but more than one form. For example:
A B&B in a popular tourist area... 1 form for reservations, 1 general contact/comments form, and another to order some souvenir stuff. They could easily go beyond the 500 submissions per month on the Webbie plan, but they don't have any need for the Pro plan – except for form submissions.
It would be nice to be able to purchase extra form submission "blocks" to be added to whatever plan one had

In theory, the same would apply there, but we have never had anyone come anywhere close to that level yet. We will however be having a new plan that is very form specific (no sites, shops etc) and that will probably be addressed in that plan.

Are "Form Entries" and "Form Submissions" synonymous? ...and are the limits per month or per form? In other words, with a Webbie account, for instance, would I be able to have 500 entries/submissions per month or would it be a total of 500 for the lifetime of the plan? Also, does this apply to completed, submitted forms or does any visit which opens the form increment the count?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Yes, same terms. This is basically the maximum number of emails you can receive through your form in a given month. At the first of the month, the count will reset. This is also shared among all your forms as well. The count is only recorded when someone presses the submit button.
