RED locks up on sending from Mac M1...

RED goes through its "you need to save before sending" (never mind that I just saved) before sending an email. It starts the save process and, before it finishes, starts the send process. I get a 'successful' message (and receive the message but then it hangs. Can't click the OK, the background process never completes.

See screenshot attached.

Thanks,
David

I do allow it to save (that was an aside about how the program doesn't seem to record the save state of a message, prompting to save before sending or exiting the program, even if the file was just saved). If you look at the screenshot I originally attached, it appears that one thread does not finish before another one starts.

The only way to close the program is force quit (the Mac equivalent of ending through task manager).

And the message actually saves, because it recovers the message from the crash. It also sends the message.

The options are cancel (which does not save nor send the message) or send (which saves, does the processing and sends).

Not saving is not an option.

Save as has no bearing on the crash. I opened a ticket with CC.
