Edgar, when you got the error message that you attached to your first post in this thread, did you actually click on 'use other account'? I've had this recently in a different CC app, and I opened it, and the username filled in was some default mail address like 'you@yourdomain.com' or so. As soon as I replaced it with my own details + password, the problem was solved.

Just to chime in, this happens to me too. Every time my one year support deal runs out :-/
And I have to buy the perpetual licence AGAIN :(
EDIT: I mailed the support earlier.
