Edgar, when you got the error message that you attached to your first post in this thread, did you actually click on 'use other account'? I've had this recently in a different CC app, and I opened it, and the username filled in was some default mail address like 'you@yourdomain.com' or so. As soon as I replaced it with my own details + password, the problem was solved.

Just to chime in, this happens to me too. Every time my one year support deal runs out :-/
And I have to buy the perpetual licence AGAIN :(

I'm getting the same damned bullshit response. I PAID for this f'ing program, and if it won't work, I want my money refunded. This is bullshit!!

Hey Willie,

You paid for a license to use the program. And that version of the program will always be available to you once you verify with Coffeecup whom you are. Many software company's around the world big and small have user login and verification to run their software. This helps cut down on the Software Pirates out there. Things have changed a lot over the years and quite often this type of model helps stop the theft of software.

Support is a bit slow in response from Coffeecup sometimes but please remember they are a very small team and they do their best to help.

As always you can come here for user support, there are good people in these forums that have been here many years, some decades. :D
