Often when I upload a PDF file to my website the file ends up corrupted. When I upload then download the same file I discover that the file size is changed and the PDF will not display correctly in my browser. When I do the same using Windows FTP utility from a command prompt window everything works fine. Why does CoffeeCup Direct FTP corrupt FTP files? Is there a solution?

In the Actions menu it might be worth seeing whether it helps to change the Transfer Mode from Auto to Binary.
