Is Responsive Site Designer Compatible with WebAIM and Website ADA Accessibility?

Under the latest googles SEO ratings, Website Accessibility is becoming a major factor.

Never heard of the two you mention. In what way compatible? That they can open and edit each other's files?

I believe that WebAIM and Website ADA are standards/guidance regarding accessibility of websites for disabled people. Such standards/guidance seem relevant to how one designs and builds a website, but that is the responsibility of the person using Responsive Site Designer. Perhaps the name of the program is a bit misleading: it doesn't design websites, but is a tool for website designers.
