Hi CC,

I am trying to make a web form, however the WFB goes too long vertically. I was wondering is there a way to break up a section to go horizontally? Like this website

http://www.acnodes.com/rma-form/

notice how the "Product Information" section is broken into two columns. I was wondering if there is a way to do that with WFB. If not, are there any alternatives out there?

THANKS!!

Hi mahfan,

Yes you can break it down. Just select your element and go to the properties tab and set the width to %50 or %33 if you want to break it into three columns. Set your next elements to match depending on what you want.

Thanks Steve!

I have another question. How do I transfer the form to VSD? I'm seeing multiple ways on the website, and I must be doing something wrong because it's not showing up. Help please!

Thanks Scott for the quick reply.

I followed the 2nd option, but when I "Preview" my page, the form is scrunched together. I need them to be in 5 colums, but its scrunched into one long column. Is there a solution to this??

Thank you!

First suggestion, stop using VSD. ;)

In VSD you have to re-size the HTML object box. Also, in preview, it will probably have some issues because browsers block scripts locally. Publish the page and view it online instead.

Thanks Scott. Yea I know, but I've been working on a project for a few months now. Too far to stop now.

Unfortunately the form is still not changing. Just one long column. Is there another way to fix this?

You didn't use the <iframe> markup that Form Builder provides instead you directly embedded to the form. You need to fix that.

I'm sorry can you be more specific? I'm not sure where to look for <iframe>.
