Hello, My name is Jenna...I am trying to upload my files to the server using coffeecup free html editor. I keep getting this error...
"11004 Valid name, no data record (Check DNS set up) Please check your hostname, user name & password & make sure they are exactly the way your hosting provider specified."
I checked with my provider & they told me to use my CP domaine name & upload to public_html & use port 21 & use the user name & password they provided me with....I did all of this but still get this same error.
Can anyone help??
Thanks
Jenna

Also make sure you have "passive mode" checked.

Can you email me your FTP information so I can see where the files are going? Also, tell me what the page names of the files you are trying to upload are.

My email:

I would advise you against handing out your server FTP information to anyone asking for it in a forum.

Advisors and Ambassadors are not CoffeeCup employees. There is an official trouble ticket system in place for official support.
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
