I,ve tried all suggestions to get trial version to run......any more ideas?

Did you try this?
Configure the shortcut to always run as administrator. Here's how:
1. Right-click the shortcut icon, and click Properties.
2. Click the Compatibility tab.
3. Here, put a check mark by Run This Program as an Administrator.
4. Next, put a check mark next to Run This Program in Compatibility Mode For: and ensure Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 is selected.
5. Click OK.

Yeah I tried both twice (run as administrator and compatability settings) in chrome and IE, is there anything else I can do
It seems as if it installs but when its supposed to default to open program after install nothing happens, and its not listed in program files or icon on desktop

Did you try downloading it again from your account? File might have been corrupt.

I would suggest putting in a support ticket to see if support can trouble shoot this error for you.

I have a HP 64 bit win 7 and it runs fine. Isn't it awesome how windows is consistently inconsistent.

This is where the executable is located on my computer. Navigate here and try double clicking on the exe. If that works then (If there is no shortcut to it) Shut it down. Navigate there again and create a shortcut and drag it to the desktop.
I mentioned this as you did say it installed but would not run.
