Ok I reread the original post and I "think" I understand and I mislead you about the hidden thing. Yes you can create an email field to send to and have the email address preset there so it doesn't have to be typed. What I was thinking is that you are sending these all to the same email address being yours? If so then you set it up in the form settings and tell it what email you want the results to go to and it goes there.

The other thing you can do is setup a drop down list of choices if you have multiple departments or people that could get the email. Then you setup the drop down list to be email fields too and what ever person is chosen on the drop down list to send to is sent the results email. I don't "think" the email address shows, but I haven't tried that yet.

I would highly suggest you try the program out and see what it does and how it all works. That is the best way to see if it can do what you want. It has a nice trial period so you have plenty of time to check it out and make a decision.

That site was not a blog, It is a web page with a form on it plus adds etc. If I understand what you are after then in your blog all you need is a statement of what is offered with a link to the page carrying your form.

As is mentioned S_Drive will house your form and site for free. If it becomes successful you can upgrade.
Web Form Builder Lite will help with the form (Free) Visual Site Designer is the best way to get started. You can always learn HTML and CSS later once you have a up and running site. Invest in Visual Site Designer if you are seriously wishing to start a site then you can get up and hit the ground running.

I say this as for a beginner I am sure you would like to spend time designing your site not having to learn learn first how to start.

Purchase Visual Site Designer use Web Form Builder lite (free) for your form and take advantage of the free hosting of S_Drive and come here to get help with your project.
