Submitting problem? - Post ID 192436

I'm updating our website's job application form, and I'm running into trouble when users try to submit the form.

Here's the test I made on a coffecup site:
http://whatever.coffeecup.com/forms/application/
It works perfectly fine!

Then I moved it over to test on the website:
http://www.cafemonet.org/form123ab.html
When I fill it out and press submit, it gives me "the connection was reset..." on firefox, and "no data received" on chrome.

The code for the submit button itself (if that's the cause of the problem) is:
<div id="fb-submit-button-div" class="fb-item-alignment-left">
<input id="fb-submit-button" class="fb-button-special" type="submit" value="Submit"
/>
</div>
<input type="hidden" name="fb_form_custom_html" />
<input type="hidden" name="fb_form_embedded" />
<input id="fb_js_enable" type="hidden" name="fb_js_enable" />

What am I missing?
Thanks so much for checking this for me!

Hiya Kaellynn,

Are you using the paid version of the Form builder or the Lite version (free)? If you're using the free Lite version that is only able to put forms on the S-Drive. You cannot use the code from there and put it on external sites if that's what you're trying to do.

If you're using the paid version of the Form Builder, then you should have no issues with putting it on the other site using the Export function in the File menu of the program.

Let us know how you're putting the form on your page and we can go from there.

Aha! I am using the Lite version. I will simply link the one that works until the boss buys it :)

Thanks so much!

You're quite welcome, holler if you need any other assistance when you do get to the point of using the paid version :)

Hi Marijke,
Who's your host for your form?
The server test looks to missing some email settings.

Looks like you may need to do a manual setup.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi Marijke,

You just need to check with PHP version. Whether you are using right PHP version.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
