I would agree with JoAnn. There's nothing wrong with sticking with what you've already invested in. If you need any help getting to work with VSD we'll be here.;)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Re SDRIVE : though i host with jh fo my own reasons for my own websites, the wedding site in my signature is hosted on SDRIVE, belongs to a friend with no technical skills in web design or hosting etc.

Its ideal for his small simple website, cost him a copy of VSD which i built it with, and is now hosted FREE on CC server ? WHY i hear you ask

Simple : when i go off on holiday for 6 weeks on my narrowboat in the summer, if he needs to make an edit, its so simple he can probably manage to do it himself, if not his son in law can do it for him.

In the long term should anything happen to me, he has total control, his own FREE hosting, and no problems with a more complex hosting company, or learning FTP etc.

And as a last resort, he has his FREE CC account, so he can access the forum, for some FREE advice, or contact CC via his account for FREE technical help, and if theres a server error, or untoward cock up and his website vanishes thorough a wormhole in space, Scott or another CC staff member will be able to repair it for him.

Try doing any of that with JH no B.....y chance ;)

Wow, to go on holiday for six weeks. You have it made. I really envy you.
Here in the states, being self-employed, I have not had a holiday or even 3 days off in a row for over 10 years.
Trying to find time for the boat anymore is fruitless. Can't even give it away in this economy.

Please enjoy the holiday time & never take it for granted.

Not quite, what it sounds, semi retired due to age related failing health, somewhat reduced lifestyle, but it sure as hell beats the workaholic I used to be 7 years ago. But keeping it CC related, VSD & SCCP has been my saviour, my internet business keeps me in pocket money and my boat afloat. I would not be able to say that without the simplicity of set up CC programs afforded me.

And the CC forum bunch assisted me greatly, hence i am now here assisting others , sort of explains my example which you have commented on :)

Have some further questions, and if they've been answered already along the way, my apologies.

1. Where is the documentation of CoffeeCup VSD and HTML Editor?
2. Can the HTML and CSS be accessed and editied?
3. Is there a Linux version for this?

Thanks!

1. Where is the documentation of CoffeeCup VSD and HTML Editor? Not sure what you mean by this.
2. Can the HTML and CSS be accessed and edited? In the the HTML Editor you have full access to edit any and all CSS and HTML. In VSD you have limited editing for HTML and no Direct CSS editing (VSD makes it for you).
3. 3. Is there a Linux version for this? No, there is no Linux version and more than likely will not be compatible.

As far a documentation try pressing f1.;)
With VSD there's ways to override the CSS by placing addition styling code in the pages.:)
