One last question re: this website. On this page, I'm able to click on each of the radio buttons simultaneously rather than just one being selected. Everything looks right in the code, but I guess something is off. Can you please advise? Thanks!!!

I think just one set with the four choices

Something wonky happened there. Try deleting and re-adding them on the form as it should only allow one choice.

As a side note: if you are going to make this website live and use it to collect credit card information you may want to get SSL for it. Many people will not put their credit card into a non secure website.

Thanks for the tip---it's just for a class project But I would definitely get SSL if it was a real site! I'll try deleting and re-adding.

Okay, I got it fixed. The issue was that I filled out the name fields incorrectly. Oops! Thanks for all your help!
