1. Trying to move the menu on the homepage shifted up to be level with the home image. For example the menu on this page is correct: http://vinespastagrill.com/menu.htm

How to duplicate the menu so it looks like this on the home page? In the working mode it is lined up but when previewing the browser or publishing the menu moves down.

2. How to add Twitter and Facebook links to the page?

I would drop the tables for a web page layout and use css. Tables are great for tubular data.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi,

1. Eric is spot on, you would have a much easier experience if you use a layout with CSS.
However, if you want to stick with tables, you'll need to examine the row and column arrangements to align the table correctly on your homepage as it has a different combination of cells to the menu page.

2. For social media buttons, likes, follows etc. there are lots of options, but for basics on Facebook see: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like/ and for Twitter see: https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons

:D The best logo design "software" is a big pad of paper and a handful of pencils/markers.
Doesn't require a Mac or a PC, just a clear vision of how you want to represent your business.
Nail that down, then use any vector software to create the final versions. ;)

Use free logo creator programs/sites with caution. They often include images and graphics stolen from existing copyrighted business logos – http://jefffisherlogomotives.blogspot.c … -logo.html
