How to end up with right price? -...

SCCpro needs a base price to display an item. If the item comes in different sizes at different prices it adds the base price to ALL items. What am I doing wrong? You will notice in the attached image the price is $45 too much, inflated by the base price.

TIA

The math looks right to me. You have options set for you products and thats been added to the base price of $15. Or am I missing something?

Tia,

The way the Optional Fields work is that if you setup a menu to include different sizes etc. then the prices you put there are what you want to be "added" to the base price so it would be something like this:

Base (Small) = $12.00
Medium = $14.00 so you would put $2.00 in the option box for that size
Large - $16.00 so you would put $4.00 in the option box for that size.

Then it adds the prices for you for the correct pricing per size.

Jo Ann thanks, that's what I figured—eventually.

But it's a rather messy way they to things. And most likely will stop my purchase as I feel customers will find it too confusing also.

Eric thanks also.

How many products do you have? You can skip the option and enter each different color or size with a price difference as a new product.:)

Hi Eric most would be limited to around100-200 per wedding so you see it is rather messy. The visible DB types are more flexible in this area but more time consuming to set up. I've yet to find a convenient one. Sure most people only order the smallest size, but it is good to have options for another size or two. The other option is to pay a print firm to look after the ordering & printing but I prefer to print inhouse.

How about setting up subcategories for the different sizes?
