Your markup is still missing a protocol.

//www.testimonialrobot.com

should be

actually just realised the gold stars from the 'star rating are not displaying on the page ? i just get 5 little boxes that look like the empty 'placement boxes' when an image is missing ? do i need to manually add the star image to my site? if so how do i get this image? no mention of it on testimonial robot ?

i could just use the standard review i guess - but i like the stars !!!!

any ideas ?

Looking at their script, the images point to a file:// reference so they will not show in preview. You have to publish your website and view them online. I took that code and added it to a test page and they show.
