Get Warning and Cannot Download Trial...

I have used both Chrome and Edge and neither will let me download the trial version of Designer. I get a warning that the file is not often downloaded, so I cannot get a file to install the trial version. I cannot even override the warning. I am trying to find software to replace Dreamweaver. I don't want to pay $99.00 until I find out if i like the program. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Never Mind. Firefox finally downloaded it and it installed, but there was not intuitive way to work on or import a preexisting page or website. So, I am still searching to replace Dreamweaver. :-)
