I think you need to turn off your cap. lock, as it makes your post come across as unfriendly.
Your posting in a user support forum and that's noway to get support.
How about posting
"Why are some of the apps I purchased missing from my download area?"

I already did that... more than once... and my problem was not solved... (one of the things that made me create this topic was their support answer)
I have bought these modules for Shopping Cart Creator: Google Checkout Module for Shopping Cart Creator & Authorize.net Module for Shopping Cart Creator. but none of them are available for download anymore.
either you give me a free upgrade to the PRO version where those modules are available or give me a refund of the money I paid on all those products (including Shopping Cart Creator as it is no use for me without those modules)

the support answer:
A free upgrade to the PRO version! What are we, Walmart!
Google Checkout has been phased out by Google and is now called Google Wallet. We are no longer offering the module as a download simply because it will no work. However you still have access to the other module in your account. That has not been removed. You will see it listed right with your other purchases.

it is strange the fact that on the Shopping Cart Creator page there is this saying: Support for Google Checkout, Authorize.Net, WorldPay, and 2Checkout.....
it is said to see that CC has gone this bad...

Sad is when puppies have no home. What you mentioned does not qualify as sad Ricardo.
Google Checkout still works for those who have it, but has been phased out. That page is still accurate.
.
Google Wallet will be the replacement but only in the Pro version. You may want to buy that now anyways that way if it is added, you will be ready.

so if google checkout still works for those who have it, why can't I download the module I paid for?
and sorry for the caps I was working on something else and need the caps.
I don't think there was every a separate module for it. You either use it or you don't inside the app.

Instead of bitching Ricardo, why did you not take the responsibility of backing your purchases up? Seems more of a problem with you than CoffeeCup.
If that program was so important, why did you not back it up. USB drives and cloud services are cheap, so there is NO EXCUSE for not having a backup.
My 22 cents anyways.

I'm pretty sure that this download removal situation hasn't happened yet though, so you still have time to get your programs downloaded before it does.
@Eric: Yeah there was a separate module for the payment processing way back when it first came out, but it's been integrated into the programs now so it's not needed at all.
@Ricardo: See above in what I wrote to Eric, that module isn't necessary anymore, even if you did need to use Google Checkout as it's all integrated now into the program. If your version of SCC doesn't have it, then get the current version so it does and you'll be all set if you are using that payment gateway before it's phased out.
Other than that, there's no sense in complaining on this situation really. CC has been pretty good about hosting our software for us for many many years and haven't charged us a penny to do so. This means people like me, who didn't keep them locally would download it whenever I formatted, reinstalled, etc. which leads to a lot of unneccessary bandwidth use on CC's end that they shouldn't need to deal with. Since I'm one of the culprits using it all the time, I guess if I don't have an issue with it, I don't see why anyone else should lol.
Most software companies don't give you that free. Many of them include a 1 year download guarantee for a Fee of around $7.99 a year for each program you purchase from them. So if you look at Ricardo's list of 30 programs (mine is that plus a handful more) that would be about $240.00 per year to let the software company host it for you to download at your convenience. I can personally say I can get and provide hosting to anyone that needs it for their downloads at a fraction of that cost lol.
So truly, at least they are giving us fair warning it's coming and giving us time to get our software downloaded and put safely somewhere else. And after this change is implemented you'll have a full 30 days to get your newly purchased software so it's all good

I don have the PRO version, so I still need those modules (that is why I asked them either to refund me or give me a free upgrade)

I agree with that, but if they are changing the way thing work, they should at least give the users a warning to DL all their softwares

They have done that already, sent emails and will be sending more before that goes into effect. It hasn't gone into effect yet except for items they no longer offer at all, that being what you're having an issue with unfortunately. What you "should" have done, and might still be able to do, is just ask CC for a copy of that module rather than demanding an upgrade, which is asking a bit much, as they usually will provide you with a copy of something that you do not have a download link for anymore. That's what you need to ask for, not for a free upgrade or refund for something they haven't sold for quite a few years already. As for the download being gone it's because it's no longer used at all. The ones that are still using it were most likely grandfathered in because they were "already" using it. You weren't apparently or you wouldn't be asking for it now right? Just guessing here.
Anyways, griping about it here won't help your situation any, if you get too nasty you may ruin your chances of being able to convince the CC team to give you a link to download it again. It usually doesn't take much for them to do that for people, but if you get nasty about things, I can guarantee you that no one wants to help a jerk... just sayin'
