Backend Development Usually done in .NET and can be integrated with any other application in the same architecture. I am searching for some people having expertise in wordpress and php.

I agree with SirAGE what is it you are after?. I have limited experience and may be able to advise. It is a matter of the task at hand. How complex, the importance and result required.

The internet is filled with help on both php and Wordpress depends on what you wish to achieve

Applications may share the same development environment but only integrate if programmed to do so.
When you say back end you are implying that an application is manipulating info after some process has finished with it. Admin brings up a whole new ball of wax. That means one has to program a system giving rights for someone to have their way with the process.
