The last time I designed and published a web site was my own using Frontpage XP 2002.
www.treasurecoastcomputing.com
I haven't been keeping it up which should be obvious. I have my own little SOHO business so I'm PC, Windows and hardware savvy.
I've been asked to set up a new site for my Home Owners Assoc, Ocean Breeze Park in Jensen Beach, Floria, the old one being locked down by the prior management.
The index page has been locked:
http://www.oceanbreezetreasurecoast.org/index.html
but I can get in through the back door to get info only:
http://www.oceanbreezetreasurecoast.org/contact_us.html

I bought CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer the other day and started peeking around.
The new site will be similar in content only.

I've bought the Domain:
www.oceanbreeze Park.org
and having it hosted on A1 Web Server.

2 questions:
Am I out of my league with VSD and is there a theme or template I can use that's a little similar to the old one.

I would suggest that you use VSD if you do not know how to code HTML. VSD is a WYSIWYG Editor and allows someone to move items around on the page vs the HTML where you have to code your entire site. After looking at the old site, I would say you use a layout like the Honey one on this page https://www.coffeecup.com/store/themes/visual-site-designer/?page=2 and with it only being $9 it is very affordable... Or, you can make one from scratch. :D

Hope this helps!

Glad to hear. :D I am a coder myself, but when I get to where my fingers are bleeding from the amount of code I have to type out, then I may just make the switch to VSD... But until then, I will march forward on the legs of HTML Editor. lol
