I am trying to figure out how RLM does things, so I use a 12 span column and insert Heading 1 into it and write some text. Then I format it to "center" and "underscore".
I use another 12 span column and insert some text, have it resized to like 20 points, struck through and centered.
Preview looks great.
Save, export, open index.html in IE, Firefox, Chrome. Heading text is nice and big, the second ine is 12point and both are aligned left and neither underscored or struck through.
I decide I need to send yu an e-mail, so I go looking for my icon while I still have Chrome open -- I make it narrower and WOW: the formatting I requested suddenly appears on the page. So, I try the same with Firefox and IE and Lo and Behold: the formatting works with a narrower browser but not a full screen or almost full screen width window.
Why is that?

Can you attach your .rlmp file so I can look at the settings? You will have to zip it up first before attaching.

Hey Max,

This is because you are working within a lower breakpoint. Move the slider above the breakpoint indicated in the screenshot below and add your styles to this breakpoint and it will cascade down into your other breakpoints. :)
