I do not own the website insight but I am fixing to rebuild my site with RLM and html editor. Can I use the website insight to give me SEO pointers on a site under construction?

Hi Greg,
Yes. It will give you very useful info in a quick and easy format to read. I use it all the time for that exact use.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

This is a site I built for my work.(RSD)

Hi there Greg,

As long as you have the website uploaded to a folder on a server you can use the website insight program with no issues at all. You just need to enter the URL for the site in WSI. So for example i have one that i just tested called http://misterwebguy.com/ResponsiveWebguy3/ and it worked perfectly. The only thing you will have to do is if you want to test another page with WSI other than your home page you will have to give the full path for example if I wanted to test my seo page i would create and upload it then put this into WSI http://misterwebguy.com/ResponsiveWebguy3/seo.html

Hope this helps

Yes that helps thank you very much. I may try the free trial version this time before buying the real thing that would be a first for me using the free trial version. Guess that it has to be up on the server also to use the Google webmaster tools.
