Notice as you place your mouse over the "events", "facilities", "foundation", and "the fair" tabs, the picture changes in the top area.

Does Coffeecup have an application/utility/program that will help me create something similar to this? You know, a Flash-type program that isn't Flash? :-)

Well, first, CC does have a flash program, however, the banner you are referring to is not flash enabled. It is actually a quite clever image swap technique. This is a CSS styling issue, not an app issue. Google "css image swap" and you can learn the technique.

It is a great program for those who are new to flash and don't understand the "actionscript" part of flash development. More like a WYSIWYG flash editor. It was my second CC program that I ever purchased.
