It has been a while since I have used this software, so I'm probably missing something stupid. But my problem is this:

I've made a form, changed the labels into what I wanted etc and it is how I want it. I've made the response emails in RED (cool feature btw) and sorted that. Now in the settings on the "confirm email" and "notification" tabs the dropdown boxes on the "to" and "reply-to" areas, I can't select an email address. From what I can remember, If I insert an email element and change the name to "cust_name" that should appear in a drop down box on the above settings, shouldn't it? I've attached a picture below to show what I mean.

I can not access the document, but from what you describe are you sure you are using an Email Element or are you using a Text Field?

Thanks! This is because the Email Element is part of a display rule. You would need to remove the display rule for the To and Reply To to function correctly.
