when you enter details on a form using an apple ipad and click on the submit button no confirmation screen is displayed.
Is this a known problem

If I remember, and my memory is drug controlled right now, confirmation screens don't always show but are there. Have you scrolled from top to bottom to see if it's just not showing because of scrolling?

If that's the case, there is a fix for that.

I don't own an ipad so cannot test if scrolling is the issue but the user claims he tried but no confirmation screen.

Works on my Iphone I can see the complete confirmation.

I have also tested on my iPhone and iPad and I can see everything and the form works just fine.

Thanks everyone for testing it. I will have get this guy to bring his ipad in and see what he is doing wrong.

I need some help from anyone with an IPhone or IPad.. I don't use Apple products because...well I just don't. It gives me a rash. but I digress..

My client tells me that on his phone he is unable to fill out the form completely..does not allow him to use the calendar..is not getting the notifications if it 'accidently' goes thru and ...and...and...

The forms I have for him are published on my S-Drive and work perfectly for me... (a loyal everything android user). The form is also wrapped within a mobile app so he is accessing the exact same form from his phone or his desktop. He tells me that if he wants to choose a date say in March for example, he is unable to...the phone keeps giving him a weird error message.

I need for someone please to test the form all the way thru to the PayPal button (but then cancel when you get to PayPal) so that the notifications can be sent. I got all the notifications when sending 3 tests thru my phone AND tablet with zero issues.

BTW..my formbuilder version is 2.5 Buld 5437. I noticed in another thread that maybe there is a difference between the flash version and the html version.. Which am I using as I don't see an update button on my account. I always update all the software I use the most... Help please
