I have a client who just informed me that he is not receiving any confirmation emails after someone fills out a form on his website. I have checked and rechecked the email addresses and can't get the form to work the way it should. The site was created 3 years ago using VSD, and until last weekend apparently was working fine. The form was created with CC's Web Form Builder and the site is hosted on S-Drive. The webpage with the form is located at paradisecovemarinahs.com/rentalform.html Any suggestions?

I would open a support topic since it's S-Drive hosted. Looks like you have a Captcha error on the form.
I see this error.
Input error: k: Format of site key was invalid

By the way can't even see the captcha field on the form here in Bali, & no matter what format I use for my phone number it rejects it as being not a valid phone number (even though it is)
