If you load your form and you see this error message where the reCAPTCHA box should be:
Input error: k: Format of site key was invalid
This means your CAPTCHA settings are still set to Automatic (S-Drive). To correct this, follow these steps:
- Open your form and go to the Form Options tab.
- Under Captcha, change it from Automatic (S-Drive Only) to Manual
- In your browser, go to http://www.google.com/recaptcha/whyrecaptcha to obtain your own keys. When you sign up, make sure to check the box next to Enable this key on all domains (global key).
- Now paste the Public and Private keys into Web Form Builder.
- Save and upload all of your files to your server.
