Not get submission emails or page...

If I use the one free form on the S drive everything works fine. I get the email notification of the submission and the page redirect comes up. But when I do the export and paste the code into my web page, I get an error message that it was not submitted to my email address. (And yes I used one on my server.) And it keeps referring to an email address that I don't even put in the fields! It is the email address for my coffeecup acct but not the one I want the notifications to go to. And the page redirect doesn't work.

My goal was to be able to create as many forms as I need. I had not planned on paying additional fees to have the S Drive host more of my forms.

First read the help files on the manual export of form files. You will have to upload the form folder and accompanied php file to your server. S_Drive does this automatically and is why it is a good option for beginners.

Basically you add the html code to your page. Virtual Site Designer makes this easy. Then as I said upload the form folder and created php file. VSD will upload all other files to your server once you have set ftp settings.
Come back if you have problems and as Scott said let us know the url we will sort it whatever the configuration

I appreciate your assistance. However, I did all of that, that's why I am able to complete the form online and submit it. The person submitting the form receives an email confirmation; the problem is that I as the owner does not receive the verification email and the redirect page does not come up. I know how to go on my server and verify that the files/folders are all there. I've contacted my host company and verified that they are using php5.2 so I don't know what else to do. The directions on the help page are clear and easy to follow; just not getting the proper results.

You are running two posts with basically the same problem. First you have to make sure that the form settings are correct. Is the form the same you tried on S-Drive. If it works there it should work on any server capable. The fact that it is delivering to the form filler means it is working. Make sure the email address is right in the notification back to you.

You may be experiencing what I did. My provider has a strict anti spam system and I could not get notifications. My cure was to take out a gmail address and set gmail to bounce the emails from forms to my provider email address. I haven't had a problem since. For some reason as an email comes from a hosted form my provider junks them.

I am having the same problem with version1.2 as you are having.

I find the easiest way to do it is to delete everything from the server and reupload the whole website.

You can try deleting all reference to the form on the page that it appears on your server and then to delete the form.

Copy and paste the html onto your webpage reupload the pageto your server then reupload your form.

It's a pain having to do it this way and hopefully coffeecup will solve the problem soon as I have had to alter 2 of my forms and have had the same problem with both. I have 6 forms on my site and with this problem, I am reluctant to alter anything. Fortunately, friends host my website so I can upload as many times as I need to.

Really would love to get this issue resolved today as I am supposed to have two forms on a clients site by tomorrow evening.

I would have to say it is a spam issue. The messages are most likely getting trapped someplace. I say continue using S-Drive... It works.... ;)
