All of a sudden I am getting these errors on my sites like this one. Using PHP 5.4 and Revision: 2456 of web form builder. Do you have any idea what could be causing this error? The files are there. Should I open a new ticket instead?

Looks like you are using an older version of the software. Simply download the newest version and reupload your form, then you should be good to go. :)

Hello, I have downloaded and installed the newest version but still get errors. Have a look here. http://cosmicperception.ecowebdesign.ne … led-1.html

Any ideas what could cause this on my server?

PHP Version 5.4.45

This issue could be caused by permissions not being properly set on your server. With an FTP client, locate the folder called storage and change the permissions for that folder and all folders under it to 755. That should then fix the issue.

You did delete the form off the server though and re-exported/uploaded with the updated version correct?

This test page is a brand new blank form I created with Dreamweaver and the latest version of the form builder.

I have set the permissions with no luck. My server is PHP DSO handler not suPHP but my old sever was too. They upgraded my account to a new CentOS but instead they moved it to a totally new VPS by just moving the files/databases. So I can only guess it's some setting on the server. If I can't figure it out I will have to abandon this form builder. :(

No other reports of this error anywhere?

Thanks

It looks like PHP is not even enabled on your server. Have you contacted your hosting company about this? I would recommend sending them an email asking them to confirm your server meets the minimum requirements for WFB. Yip cam find those here http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … m-builder/

I don't know about that. I have a number of CMS sites running without issue.

I can give you the details of my server but would need to have this private. Is there some way to do this?

I do have my PHP handler set as DSO/ModRuid2 not suPHP which is different than some servers. It's faster that suPHP which I like.

I sent my hosting company the website to test and they said it did not work on their test sever either.
