Hi,

I have a coffee cup form on my website, and if someone fill it out it says everything is OK, however, I'm not receiving any emails when people fill it out.

Under Settings>Notifications have you included your email address in the 'To' field?

Hi,

I did have the email address in the "To Field" filled out, however, when i tested the form it worked on the website, I even received an email for the "Form submit confirmation".
The actual form email itself did not go to the company email account to notify that someone filled out the online form.

WFB needs a certain php version on the server. Unfortunately I don't remember which, but if the server has an older version, there may be trouble. I'm sure someone here will butt in and tell you which version is the minimum requirement, then you will have to investigate what is on the server.
Ha en riktig god dag!

I'd like to chime in on this as I too am not getting the mail through. My customer has email servers with Host Dime and for some reason the notification emails are not getting through. I too have a correct email in that "To" notification field and also have set my gmail in the CC slot. My customer can receive the notification in gmail but not at her standard Host Dime domain email. The host dime server has a php version of 5.7 so that can't be it.
Was there a solution here???

I would open A support topic and see what the CC guru say. It's gotta be a host issue if you can't receive an email on the same server as it's being sent.

I'm having problems with receiving the form submit notification. I have the notification set up with my email (dogshowinabox@gmail.com) and the template selected, but am not getting the notification when someone submits my form. All else is working, csv report, customer notification and paypal payment notification. My host service has the latest php version. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
