Using WFB.
Problem I see with multi page forms is that information has to be carried over saved and after the last page completed, all the data assembled and sent. The good news is that it is easy. The bad is that it would have to be done using the results of each of the forms. Extract the data from each and compose the emails to send. This is what php is for. Each form on each page except the last would be set to save data only. The last would divert to the processing script which would do the work of sending the accumulated data out.

Sue you said that you are clueless at coding. Actually php is easier to use that html in my opinion. There is so much information available and when you break down the bits required it is not that hard. I can help with the building blocks if you want to attempt it. I have some code to get you started using WFB as a payment option. Why would I help>> Ego, Challenge, Hobby, Retired

Thanks Prism. I'm game...but first, umm, what is WFB? :D

Hmm! WFB It is the easiest method to get a quality form up and going but when you wish to do something it was not designed to do you need to look into what it is you actually want.

After the first form on page1 is submitted there is the choice to send confirmation and receive results. to expand on this is outside of WFB's scope but. It is a fantastic bit of software and allows cohesion between subsequent pages if its output is used effectively . So Sue you say you are game if so as I said I will help. It would be a great challenge and I get a multi page form setup in my bag. I just need an excuse to work on it.
The first step would be to write down each requirement that you wish to achieve. Broken down it is not that hard, time consuming maybe. So do that and contact me http://inkmon.org/contact.html you will get a contact email and you can go from there.
I think I still have it up but here is an indication of what is possible. As I said what you want is easy
http://inkmon.org/Test/index.html Believe me this is a hobby which I get a kick out of.
It works but close out at the Paypal site it is a demo only.

That's my point exactly, I am running out of ideas, we will knock up 47 years this year, just think how many Mothers Day's, Birthdays, Christmas's and Valentines day's that adds up to. Like all women she even remembers what each guest gave for our wedding, I am lucky if I remember what I had for dinner yesterday. So having a Avatar of me with my dog will have me in the dog house. The most important words a husband has to get down pat is "YES DEAR". Remember that and your marriage will last for ever.

How about give her some flowers, take her out for a nice dinner and say the "real" most importan words a husband can say... "I Love You" :)

I was always taught (brought up by a single mother) that the best thing you could do was show your wife how much you appreciate what she does for you. All the little things that most men miss in the daily routine of life, the small things. Show her that you see what she does and that if she did not do those small things, that your life would be harder to handle and that she is the center of your world... At 47 years, I hope that my wife and I are still kicking and have open communication as we do now... The most important words you can say to your wife, is "Thank you."

Ahh! now the love comes out. Believe me if you do not agree with them first you have no chance they listen to sweet nothings after. How else do you get the most beautiful woman in the world to think you are marvelous. Just let them know you listen, you care and are interested. The rest is a bonus.
