Form not taking formatting

Good morning Coffeecupers!

I have ran into a weird situation and wondering if any of you have seen this happen before. I have been using the software for almost 10 years without much issues but for some reason the webforms I upload are not taking the formatting regardless of what I do.

Live Example:
https://misterwebguy.com/victoria-club_exported/contact-us.html

From Export:
https://misterwebguy.com/victoria-club_exported/contact-us-form/contact-us-form.html

Can anyone see the errors in my ways?

Thanks

Hi Steve
At least you can use it. I can't even open web form builder anymore. All of a sudden I get a message something about protected memory. This seemed to happen overnight. Have tried everything I know and everything cc gurus suggested but nothing worked. Shame BCS I liked that app.

Steve, I think you need to be more specific about what the error is. I see two identical forms, one has less space for width, therefore the options are reduced to two columns instead of three. But the backgrounds are different. But are they within the form, or just the page they are sitting on?

Wayan, what is 'BCS'?

Addition: I see that the form is sitting in an iframe, and that iframe has a transparent background. Is that greyish colour all from the iframe? If so, try giving it the same background colour as the rest of the page it is on. I expect it is white, then before the image loaded, it was white underneath.

It's a fairly common abbreviation for 'because".
